There are LOTS of good reasons to vote~!
What's Yours???
Wow...you ladies had some awesome answers....I am proud of this post
Reason #1 to vote: Because I can. It is not a privilege everywhere.
ReplyDeleteIts our country, we should have a say in whos running it.
ReplyDeleteI want my 'two cents' expressed. And I can continue to hope that if the opposition wins, they will look at how many voted against them and take us into consideration.
ReplyDeleteBecause I feel like I have a responsibility to vote.
ReplyDeleteBecause it's my duty as a citizen.
ReplyDeleteBecause you don't have the right to complain about who is in office if you don't vote for the person you want! If you can't be bothered voting, you deal with the consequences of inaction.
ReplyDeleteReason#2: It's your responsibility as an American Citizen to keep government fair.
ReplyDeleteReason #2: All votes count! Your one vote could make the difference of someone winning or loosing.
ReplyDeleteBecause my hubby fought for the right. Along with many others.
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Reason # 2 to vote: We determine our leader.
ReplyDeleteIt is my civic duty.
ReplyDeleteReaso #2 to vote: If I don't participate in the choice by voting then I don't get to complain (or take credit) for the government I get.
ReplyDeleteMy reason to vote . . . Because it feels good!!!!!
ReplyDeleteBad officials are elected by good citizens who DO NOT vote!!
ReplyDeleteReason#2 Because Everybody should have a say in what's going on the the world/country
ReplyDeleteReason # 2 to vote :because each vote counts and decides who we choose to represent us.
ReplyDeleteTo improve our lives through the choices we make
ReplyDelete2. Others sacrifriced (including their lives)so that I can have that privilege.
ReplyDelete3. I have no right to complain if I don't participate and make my voice heard.
4. One vote can tip the scale either way.
Reason#2: because we care!
ReplyDelete#2 Because my grandmother (and Ancestors) were told they could not and died trying.
ReplyDeleteso i can shape america the way i want to with the voices of other people. i cant vote yet but i am still part of this country and i have a voice and i will let it be heard.
ReplyDeletei have a voice and i have the right to say what i feel. i can listen to others too and together we can shape this country back into shape
ReplyDeletebecause i can and i want people to hear my voice and i want to hear other voices also.

You vote in order to make changes - we are lucky to be able to do that.
ReplyDeleteSo the right people get into power!
ReplyDelete#2 If you are eligible to vote and then don't, then you shouldn't complain about how things are run.
ReplyDeleteSo my voice can be heard!!
ReplyDeleteReason #2 If you don't vote you can't complain at the results
ReplyDeleteReason #3 Even though our vote is only a small percentage of the overall, it still counts.
I feel if I don't vote - what business do I have voicing my opinion to others.
ReplyDeleteMaybe if everyone voted the best man really would win. I think we have an obligation to our neighbors.
ReplyDelete#2. My right to chose a candidate that i think is right for me and my community
ReplyDeleteReason #2: Because I care about what happens in this country, and I want my voice heard.
ReplyDeleteReasons to vote: let your voice be heard- and I feel you cannot complain about the ways of the world if you do not speak up!

ReplyDeleteIt is my way of voicing my opinion.
ReplyDeleteI vote so that it cancels out my husband's vote. (We don't agree on much in the political arena - and have agreed to disagree.)
ReplyDeleteVote.... because many men and women have paid the ultimate sacrifice to give us that right. Freedom is not free!
ReplyDeleteBecause you have no right to complain unless you have cast your vote. It's a blessing to be able to speak your opinion in this country and one way to do that is through voting.
ReplyDeleteReason #2 to vote: The easiest way to let your voice be heard. If you don't like the job an incumbent is doing - don't re-elect him/her.
ReplyDeleteI vote so I can keep my privledge and right to vote, and have a small say in what happens in our country, state, and city.
ReplyDeleteIt makes me feel good....like I have a say in what happens.
ReplyDelete#2 every vote counts, even if you don't think it does.

ReplyDeleteIf you don't vote, you have no right to complain about our the government operates. Stand up and be heard
ReplyDeleteIf I don't, I can't complain.
ReplyDeleteReason #2: because as a woman, many many years ago those who came before me had to struggle, persist and persevere to give me the opportunity and I wouldn't want their hard work to go in vain.
ReplyDeletebecause as a woman, many many years ago, those who came before me had to struggle, persist and persevere so that I could even have the opportunity to vote. I wouldn't want their work to go in vain.
ReplyDeleteTo ensure my freedom to keep homeschooling my kids.
ReplyDelete#2 - Civic Duty - If I don't vote, I cannot complain.
ReplyDeleteD :)
Reason #2 to vote: Make a difference. Yes, one vote can make a difference. We all can make a difference TOGETHER. If we do not take a part to make a difference how will there be a difference?
ReplyDeleteOur ancestors fought and died for the right to vote.
ReplyDeleteit is my voice x Leigh x
ReplyDeleteI vote because my vote does count!
ReplyDeleteYou should vote because it is your civic responsiblity, we can't just complain we must take part in the process..even if you don't think your candidate will win. Be heard!

ReplyDeleteI want change...people who can get along and work together!
ReplyDeleteReason to vote:
ReplyDeleteWe,the people... Everyone has a voice in what goes on and that collective voice must to be heard.
I vote because it is the only way Washington is made accountable.Sometimes I lose but at least I in a small way have done something. God Bless this country,we need it.
ReplyDeleteWhy I vote....Because I love America and believe in honoring all those who have died to keep us a democracy...their sacrifices should never be taken for granted.
ReplyDeletePaulette
A better future for my children
ReplyDeleteRachel
It's something I never take for granted. I want my voice heard and want to honor those who fought to give me that honor and to protect my ability to cast my vote and have it count.
