Latest DIY Project....

I wanted something other than a picture frame to display seasonal sayings/printables.  

I love how this turned out.  It's made from a wood candlestick, a heavily discounted painted wood sign and a little wood finial at the top.  The holder is one of the magnetic clips that you can clip to your fridge.  The wood sign was on clearance at Michaels for a mere 1.50 so the whole project cost me about $6.00.  I assembled everything with Gorilla Glue, painted everything with chalk ivory paint sanded down some of the paint to make it look a little worn and voila~!  I want to make another one that will hold a different sized printable also.  I was kind of dictated by that wood painted sign box that was on clearance.
