Research shows that it takes 21 days to develop a habit. So the challenge is to choose one habit you would like to develop (or two if you are adventurous-lol) and for 21 days (beginning with January 1st through the 21st) work towards making it happen. It can be as simple as taking the stairs instead of the elevator or using skim milk instead of whole milk. Get creative with it!!
