Word Art Freebie
Grandparents Day is September 13th
Show them how much you love them. Mine lived a very long good life, and I still miss some of the little things they did for me.
I never really knew my grandparents for various reasons, so I am so blessed to now have my grandchildren living near us and being able to enjoy them. Thanks for the art Paulette. Blessings Maxine
Thanks Paulette. One of my grandma's lived to 92, her husband to 80 so not as much time for him - although I was his favourite grandchild! Never knew my grandparents on my father's side. Hopefully my children will have a long time with the three remaining grandparents (one passed away when they were at primary school).
My Gramma was a kindergarten teacher in a small town & was loads of fun when I was young - we even called her Gramma! Thanks for this wonderful memory!
Sweet sentiment Paulette. I loved my grandma's so much and looked forward to being a "grandma" But it didn't happen the way I wanted. My boys always called my mom grandma, so when the oldest had a son he called me mom and his grandma, grandma in front of our grandchild. So when I told him to come give grandma a hug he went to my mom... So I became Nana. LOL My mom told me grand kids are our reward for raising teenagers. LOL XO Nana
