  2. You go, Paulette! It's hard work, but every day gets you closer to recovery! Don't you hate it when the therapy hurts worse than the injury? Take care! Hugs!

  8. Paulette, make sure you are not so strong that you do not let them know that you are in pain. I know the p.t's are there to help you, but one time I was going thru it and actually cried - they stopped me and said, we did not realize this hurt you this much - let's try something different - I know this is not possible with all things - but let them know. Today's woman is strong and sometimes we hold the pain in.

  10. Hi Paulette, I sure hope you are doing okay. My sister in law says to take an Epsom salt bath. I cup of the Epsom salt to 1/2 gal boiling water. stir to dissolve it. Then pour it into your bath water as the tub fills up. soak for 20-30 minutes, then drain the tub and take a shower to get the salt off. It is suppose to ease the pain. I hope it helps you. 11. Oh my sweet hun I know how you feel and I really feel your pain. I really hope, it´ll get much better for you really soon. I´ve been through 3 big backsurgeries, so unfortunately I know all about this level in recovery, and even they keep saying, it has to be bad before it gets better, thenit shouldn´t hurt this bad, so do tell them please, maybe they need to slow down a bit. Best of luck with everything hun, I´m definitely keeping you in my thoughts and prayers, that´s for sure.

  16. Paulette -I had physical therapy last year for a shoulder injury. I referred to it as Kim's House of Pain. So I certainly understand where you are coming from. Hope this is just another step in your road to a complete recovery!

  17. I am sorry you are in so much pain, Paulette, it certainly makes life miserable for awhile (speaking from experience here). Hoping this subsides as your leg heals and gets stronger. Sending healing prayers your way.
