    You know, I used to be a big beef eater but I'm becoming more a fan of poultry, especially chicken, which I have always liked best crispy. I am falling in love with skinless chicken breasts sauted in olive oil, minced garlic and white wine, however, eaten over a creamy basil pasta. So good! Thanks, Paulette, for the unique romantic word art! Sounds like something a southern boy might say to his girl. LOL!
