    So far this weekend, I got a sunburn while mowing the lawn. I guess going from winter weather to summer in one day will do it to you. :)

    Today my children are throwing a 50th birthday party for dh and me. And I'm not 50 yet! He is, I have a couple of months yet.

    Gorgeous! Thank you. It is only 5:13 p.m. CDT here, and i've already had two huge 4th of July celebrations! This ol' lady is worn out and my poor dog needs to be an inpatient in a doggie hospital! She is actually trying to get up a delegation to petition Washington D.C. for a ban on all fireworks. i've tried to reason with her, but her nerves are so frazzled she won't listen to me. Ha ha!
