My favorite Christmas cookies, would have to be homemade decorated sugar cookies, and my grandmother's sea foam.....oh man would I love some of that right now. Anyone still make sea foam?
Stop and take a minute from all the hustle and bustle to just enjoy what this season is. It doesn't have to be perfect.....it does have to be made with love.

Looks like a tea party from the 50's. LOL. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteFun image. Thank You.
ReplyDeleteGreat image. Never heard of sea foam as a food before - maybe it is called something else here.
ReplyDeletePaulette, I had to look up Seafoam. We made a lot of divinity growing up. Mom said Seafoam is about the same, just made with brown sugar instead of white. Sounds yummy, she said it is! Haven't heard about that in a long time... sounds wonderful. (she and her mom use to make it) Love Sugar cookies too, well I love to make them and decorate them, not to crazy about eating them though. lol

Thank you! The seafoam I know of is a hard crunchy candy and is kind of holey--made with baking soda and it spreads out and puffs up.
ReplyDeleteThanks Hun.
