Tuesday Freebie.........
How many times a day do we not ....... just breathe? ........ = )
Paulette~I actually have to remind myself of this as well. Especially to deep breathe. We tend to take those short breaths from the top of our lungs instead of those deep ones that actually clear our lungs & help keep them working well. Thanks for the reminder! :)
I think I need this one in my car. Since I got hit from behind, I seem to forget to breathe properly when driving. Now, I just have to figure where I'll put it.... Hugs, Suze

How fitting... I ask my husband why he huffs at me..... He says "I'm not huffing at you, I'm breathing"... I look at him like "Yea right!" and he says "Ya know...an air exchange".... Go figure!
