Happy Birthday ELVIS~!.....
Today  is Elvis Presley's 77th Birthday.
I still remember exactly where I was and what I was doing when they announced his death.
But the King lives on~! lol
Enjoy~!

This would actually be a great one for all of us that live in CA and shake rattle and roll a lot~!

  6. My sister loved Elvis, which is probably why I wasn't overly impressed! :) I do, however, recognize his songs.

  7. Terrific! Thank you.

I didn't realize that Elvis was a few years older than my parents until today. I guess that's because we used to watch his movies, so he seemed younger than he would have been at the time.

  8. My one & only Elvis' album was Blue Hawaii. Enjoyed his music & movies. His is a voice that will never be forgotten--just like Bing Crosby, Bob Hope, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra & other great voices from the years when I was growing up. Thanks for the word art image, Paulette!
